EthicSport Ramtech Hydro Instant Formula is an instant-dissolving powdered food supplement that provides branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) in a 2:1:1 ratio, combined with L-Glutamine, Zinc, and B-complex Vitamins. Developed for easy and quick preparation, ideal for consumption associated with physical activity.

Directions for Use and How to Take: It is recommended to take 1 serving per day. Dissolve 1 scoop (approx. 10g of powder) in about 200–250ml of water, mixing well. It can be consumed during or immediately after training, according to individual nutritional needs.
