How do I place an order?

Choose the products and add them to your cart. At checkout, fill in your details and select the payment method. You will receive a confirmation email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible via Contacts. If it hasn't been dispatched yet, we can change or cancel it.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

What are the delivery times?

Mainland Portugal: 24–48 business hours. Islands and Spain: 2–4 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Free for purchases over €55. Below this amount, the cost is calculated at checkout.

Do I receive a tracking code?

Yes. As soon as the order is dispatched, we will send the tracking information by email.

What payment methods do you accept?

MB Way, Credit/Debit Card, and PayPal. All payments are encrypted and secure.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices include VAT at the current legal rate.

Are the products authentic?

We only work with official brands and 100% authentic products, with quality control and transparent labeling.

How should I store supplements?

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light. Keep the packaging tightly closed after use.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you have 14 days after delivery to return an item, provided the product is sealed and in perfect condition. Please consult our Return Policy.
