Ingredients: Fish oil (30% EPA / DHA), capsule shell component (gelatine, glycerol, water), vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate). Allergens: May contain traces of milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans and fish.

Directions for use: Take 1 to 2 capsules per day, preferably after a meal, with water.
