Ingredients: Fish oil (from Peruvian anchovies), capsule shell (gelatine, humectant: glycerol; purified water), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E). Allergens: May contain traces of soy, tree nuts, sesame, gluten, eggs or crustaceans.

Directions for use: Take 1 capsule per day, preferably after a meal, with water.
