This affiliate program is managed by One Protein,

Participation in the One Protein affiliate program is open to any individual or legal entity, without geographical registration restrictions. The affiliate must register through the form available on this page and await confirmation of approval.

The base commission is 7% of the net value of each sale generated through the affiliate link.

• One Protein reserves the right to launch promotional campaigns with variable commissions by product category, period or specific conditions, communicated in advance to affiliates.
• Commissions are credited after the legal return period (14 days)
  has passed without cancellation or return of the order.

The affiliate link uses cookies with a duration of 30 days.

• If a customer clicks on the link and makes a purchase within this period, the sale is attributed to the affiliate, even if it's not on the first visit.
• In the case of multiple affiliates, the last click prevails.

The minimum amount to request payment is €5.00.

• The affiliate can request payment at any time after reaching the minimum amount.
• Payments are processed within 7 business days of the request.
• Available payment methods are:
  Bank transfer, PayPal, Store credit (valid only for purchases in mainland Portugal and mainland Spain)

The affiliate agrees to:

• Publicly disclose their commercial relationship with One Protein in all promotional publications (mandatory by law – EU Directive 2005/29/EC and digital platform regulations).
• Not engage in spamming, misleading advertising, or self-referral practices (purchases through their own link).
• Not make false claims about One Protein products.
• Use brand materials (logo, images) solely for program promotion and in accordance with brand guidelines.

The following are grounds for immediate exclusion from the program and cancellation of pending commissions:

• Self-purchases or fraudulent referrals
• Use of paid ads with the "One Protein" brand without prior authorisation
• Spam or aggressive marketing practices
• Violation of these terms

Either party may terminate participation in the program at any time,
without needing to provide justification. Commissions already approved and above the
minimum will be paid within the usual 7-day period.

Affiliates' personal data is processed by One Protein for program management, payment processing, and related communications. The technology partner GoAffPro acts as a sub-processor of data. Affiliates have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port their data, upon request to geral@oneprotein.shop.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the court of the affiliate's place of residence shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable law.
