OstroVit VITA&MINERALS Sport is a comprehensive food supplement developed for athletes and physically active individuals. The formula is divided into two distinct capsules for combined consumption: VIT-MULTI (vitamins, NAC and plant extracts) and MIN-MULTI (chelated minerals and kelp extract).

Basic Composition (Per daily dose - 2 capsules):
VIT-MULTI Capsule: Vitamin C (320 mg), N-acetyl L-cysteine (NAC) (75 mg), Vitamin E (24 mg), Nettle extract (60 mg), Green tea extract (60 mg), Ashwagandha (50 mg), Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 (Folic acid), B12 and Vitamin A.
MIN-MULTI Capsule: Magnesium (170 mg), Calcium (120 mg), Zinc (15 mg), Iron (3 mg), Manganese (1.8 mg), Iodine (150 µg), Selenium (75 µg), Copper (0.5 mg), Chromium (150 µg).
How to Use: Take 1 capsule of VIT-MULTI and 1 capsule of MIN-MULTI per day, after the main meal, with water.
