Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, starch, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), retinyl acetate (vitamin A), menaquinone-7 MK-7 (vitamin K2) from Bacillus subtilis natto (soy), magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide. Allergens: May contain traces of milk, peanuts, nuts, gluten, eggs, celery, mustard, fish, and crustaceans.
How to use: Take 1 tablet daily, preferably after a meal.
