Ingredients: Sunflower oil, gelatin, humectant: glycerol; purified water, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3). Allergens: Produced in a facility that also processes milk (incl. lactose), soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, crustaceans, and fish.

Instructions for use: Take 1 capsule daily, with a meal.

Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Store between 15–25°C, away from direct sunlight.
